I grew up in Hamilton, NJ and Case’s was ALWAYS the de facto Pork Roll! My Grandmother and I used to walk over tot he old store in Trenton to get it.
Now that I live in NY, I will accept nothing but Case’s, so I get it shipped to me! These “Taylor Ham” folks up here do not know what the are missing! Keep it up!

I DID NOT grow up in New Jersey, so my first taste of Case pork roll was just last week. Friends of ours originally from New Jersey promised to bring us some Case pork roll when they returned from a Thanksgiving trip back home. They delivered a large chunk this weekend and we tried it for Sunday breakfast.
We had to cook it on our gas grill because of a power outage due to an ice storm. DELICIOUS!! We have had it fried since, which was also wonderful! What a perfectly seasoned meat. I believe this is the best thing I’ve had in this type of product since I was a kid. I’m 60 years old and haven’t had a piece of any sort of smoked pork product that hasn’t either been way too salty, or overly seasoned for years! I’m so happy to find out that you have online ordering available as you have converted my family. Thank you for such a fine treat.
